  • All original packaging, tags, and instructions must be included and intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

* Please note: Custom-made items or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

Contact Us

Reach out to our customer support team with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Carefully

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box or included inside.

Ship It Back

Ship the package back to our designated return center. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We pack our products with the utmost care, but damages can occasionally happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
