When will my order ship?
We strive to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Most standard in-stock items, including our everyday home decor pieces, are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
For custom-made products or complex items (like certain outdoor furniture sets), please allow 7 to 14 business days for careful crafting and preparation before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package's journey.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be modified.

Is your outdoor furniture weather-resistant?
Yes! Our outdoor furniture collections are specifically designed to withstand various weather conditions. We use high-quality, durable materials that resist fading, moisture, and rust. However, we do recommend using furniture covers during extreme weather to prolong their lifespan.
How do I care for your premium textiles?
Care instructions vary by material. Generally, we recommend cold, gentle machine washing for our throws and spot-cleaning for rugs. Detailed care instructions are included on the label of each textile product to help you keep them looking brand new.
Returns & Support
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We pack everything with extreme care, but accidents during transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
What is your general return policy?
We want you to love your home decor! We accept returns on most standard items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
